David Killilea, judged Aihime Go Seaside Nakagawa as Overall best puppy in the show – Sheikha Hassa Award, and judged Westfire Desert Lord (Austin) as best terrier in show

The main judge, Mr David Killilea has over 40 years experience in the Canine world, Breeding Showing and Judging.  He has personal experience of breeds in the Working Group specializing in Rottweilers, the Pastoral Group, Hound Group, Gundogs, etc but has judged all breeds at many shows.  As a breeder he has achieved fabulous success with his dogs particularly Akitas with many Champions worldwide and has bred the Top winning dogs in Japan, United States, United Kingdom, many European countries and several other places in between.  Recently he and his wife Jenny, who is one of our co-judges today, were presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Breeding at a ceremony in the UK . Less than ten breeders in the world have been honoured with this award.

The other half of this partnership is Jenny Killilea who along with David has in depth knowledge of many breeds, is joint owner of their very successful kennel and also shows and judges along with him.  She is a specialist championship show judge of several breeds and travels the world with her husband.  Recently they retired from business to devote more time to their show and judging career.
